RETURN & REFUND

 

We accept product returns within 15 days of the date you received your package.

Returned items must be in new condition, with their tags and original packaging. Otherwise, the return will be refused.

No refunds or exchanges are available for socks, foot orthotics and supports, flasks or bladders.

Watch bands and watch chargers with opened boxes cannot be returned. Please check compatibility with your watch model as indicated on the box or product page before opening the box.

How to return your items from Canada:

To initiate a return, please contact us by email to explain the reason for your return, and we will send you a Canada Post return document.

You can then:

• Place the items in their original packaging.
• Print the label and stick it on your package.
• Take your package to the nearest post office.

A return fee of 19 CAD will be deducted from your refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product is damaged or not in its original condition and packaging.

In the event of an exchange:

We do not process exchanges by mail, only at our Montreal showroom. If you cannot come there and would like to exchange the size or color of a product ordered online, simply place a new order for the desired product and return your original purchase by following the procedure outlined above.
