The SHORTYSTRAP works through a system of elastic straps that create an adducting effect on both lower limbs. This effect allows the adductor muscles and pubic region to partially rest, as well as providing a more balanced stride that is less aggressive on the pelvis.
The SHORTYSTRAP is indicated for any pain in the pubic region associated with physical or sports activity.
The SHORTYSTRAP allows an immediate return to sports activity. It should be worn during every physical activity for 3 months, then every other time as a preventive measure.
The SHORTYSTRAP is the preferred product of professional athletes (soccer, running, rugby, etc.) because it is the only product offering guarantees of immediate effectiveness supported by medical, scientific, and physiotherapy studies.
The SHORTYSTRAP is prescribed by many sports physicians, physiotherapists, and osteopaths in France and around the world.
The effect of bringing the two legs closer together is essential to the effectiveness of the SHORTYSTRAP. This effect is immediate and must be unmistakable. The SHORTYSTRAP must be positioned to ensure that the elastic straps are under tension. (as low as possible toward the knees and as high as possible toward the navel)

Your measurements (waist, thigh, height) will determine the choice of SHORTYSTRAP.
